The illustrated Journal of Gratitude Series 7 - ONLINE

The illustrated Journal of Gratitude 7 - ONLINE ( 3 Workshops )
March 10th, 24th and 31st

Please join me and a small delightful group to explore and nurture your own creativity with watercolor and drawing - We will also practice daily gratitudes as we become more aware of the joy in the moment. Your life will become more joyous as you deepen your skills in supportive camaraderie. We will follow the monthly themes in Angeles Arrien’s book Living Gratitude - A Journey That Will Change Your Life. We will illustrate our journals with drawings, watercolors, collage, along with our writing.

Each month has a different theme bringing all the scientific, spiritual and cross cultural traditions and knowledge of how gratitude changes your life. When we perceive our lives as precious unique gifts we can give gratitude each day shifting our life experience. Angeles used to say we are here on earth to love and to create - by continuing our creative practice with gratitudes we will  expand our awareness of beauty, love, and how we live our lives.

The theme for March: What is blossoming from my dormancy? What unexpected beauty brings joy and awe?

End of winter beginning of Spring - themes of Hope - with the irresistible impulse to grow and create - fresh new life bursts into being with exuberance and vigor. We look at what has been gestating and incubating over winter that may be ready to blossom in spring? As we work with our own growth and self compassion of our times of darkness and dormancy we offer compassion to ourselves and Compassianate Service to your community. As you develop your own creativity, gratitude and discernment you will find ways to offer compassion and service to others using these guidelines:

Be Brave,
Start Small,
Do something you enjoy,
Don’t over commit

We will be meeting Wednesdays from 5-6:30 PST. A small group will gather on ZOOM to support one another as we deepen our gratitude and expand our artful skills. Information will be sent out once you’ve registered.
